About Me
For the past ten years I have been working with various internet businesses. From one man shops to the biggest search engine in the world and everywhere in between, I have seen every angle of the online world. I have been on the buying side and on the selling side of thousands of transactions involving marketing. In addition, I have been on the buying side and on the selling side of web development services. As such, I have a unique understanding of how the process should work but rarely does.
In addition to highly relevant experience in internet advertising, I also hold a business management degree from the University of Washington. Currently based in New York City, I can telecommute anywhere in the world. Browse through my qualifications below and then send me an email to find out what I can do for you.
- Google, Inc.
At Google I worked with their AdWords product, managing the accounts of hundreds of merchants. In so doing, I became very familiar with their system and why some campaigns succeed and others do not. This unique insight into the Google system will be invaluable to your business. - Yodle, Inc.
More than any other experience, Yodle has given me insight into the marketing needs of small businesses. After all, the company specializes in search engine advertising and web design for small local businesses. I managed campaigns for over 70 clients at a time. - IndustryBrains, Inc.
When I began my years with IndustryBrains we were a small online marketing company of five people. Less than a year after I left the company was sold for over thirty million dollars and had more than thirty employees. While with IndustryBrains I managed advertising accounts for companies such as Dell, Vonage, BusinessWeek, and more. - Me, Myself, and I
You are looking at an example of my work now. I designed and built this site from scratch. I design websites with search engines and users in mind. Lightweight, easy to navigate, and simple canonical structure are hallmarks of my work. - Entrepreneurial Advising
Over the years I have started, consulted for, and helped launch various small businesses online. Many were successful and some were not. However, each of these experiences contributed to my well-rounded knowledge of what works and what does not work online.
